Air Fried Pears Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 15 oz. pear halves in juice canned, drained
  • Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Add pear halves and gently toss to coat with butter mixture. Let the pear halves sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully place the pear halves in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up. Cook for 10 minutes at 375°F.
  3. Spoon the remaining butter mixture on top of the pear halves. Cook for 2-5 minutes at 400°F until the edges turn caramelized and crispy.
  4. Serve air-fried pears on top of Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
