Is the battery replaceable?
No, the battery is rechargeable but not replaceable, please don't try to open the product.
Is it OK to use it when raining?
The lantern works when it is raining but cannot be put in water.
What if the lantern doesn't work?
There is no power left if long time no using. It is strongly recommended to charge the lantern at least every 3 months to keep the battery active.
Why the lantern can not be charged?
The lantern should be charged with a output rating of DC 5V 1A adaptor (not supplied) or put it in well-exposed places under sunlight.
