Crafted from quality ingredients, Member's Mark Cream Cheese has a clean, tangy flavor and firm texture. It doesn't contain any preservatives and is free of rBST. It can be used for a variety of food applications and comes in a convenient three-pound block for easy storage in the refrigerator. This cheese is ideal to have on hand in homes, as well as in foodservice operations. Use it to make dips, cheesecake, sandwiches, pinwheels, mashed potatoes and more. If you don't need all three pounds of cream cheese at once, freeze any extra to help extend its shelf life.
Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
1 cup of artichoke (diced small, well drained)
1 cup of fresh spinach (diced small)
8 ounces of Member’s Mark cream cheese (enjoy the pre-marked 8-ounce markers on the 3 lb. cream cheese)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup of Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp of black pepper
8 ounces of shredded parmesan
8 ounces of shredded cheddar
1 tsp of garlic
½ tsp of dry parsley
Use a food mixer/processor and add cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper—mix until smooth. Add the artichoke and spinach—mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Spread evenly into an 8" x 8" oven-safe pan and top with Panko bread crumbs and dry parsley. Bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
Serve with pita bread, crackers, tortilla chips and your favorite vegetables.
