Recipe Inspiration: Balsamic Brown Sugar Chicken

  1. Marinate Overnight: Place 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp kosher salt into a food storage bag, with 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs. Seal and toss to mix. 
  2. Next Day: Preheat outdoor grill on high, and then reduce to low.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Combine 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp mustard in small bowl. Use this balsamic glaze to drizzle over chicken or your favorite lettuce salad to serve alongside chicken thighs. Viola! Enjoy.
