Preparation Instructions

Conventional Oven: preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange on metal baking pan. Bake 20-24 minutes total*. Flip after 14 minutes.

Air Fryer: place a single layer (8-10 sticks) of fish sticks in the air fryer basket. Fry fish sticks at 400°F for 9-12 minutes.**

**Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed. If cooking more than 10 sticks, oven directions are recommended.

Deep Fryer (for restaurant use): place 8-10 sticks in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. Fry at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes* until golden brown and crunchy. Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional fish sticks.

*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165 DEGREES F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.
