This parboiled rice cooks up perfectly. The value is definitely budget friendly and I'm able to share with my family. FYI, I do store it in a canister for convenience.

This rice is perfect every time! I have rinsed before cooking, and been lazy and just thrown it in. I just can NOT screw this one up! You can NOT beat the price. I honestly don't see a major difference between this and Uncle Ben's, which is what I use if I CAN'T get this one!!!

Even my husband raves about this rice EVERY time I make it. Just follow the directions (I do add the optional butter and salt). Make twice what you think you will need, because it is really that good. It will be gobbled up!

Perfect Rice Every Time

This version is not the same as the ParExcellence you purchase in the grocery store. It is much better and cooks up very well for me. Doesn't over or under cook easily.  I boil the water, add the rice, bring it back to hard boil and then turn off the heat. Let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes, then rinse. I always make extra so that I can freeze some to have when I need a quick side. Thaws quickly under hot water(in the bag) and can still handle being warmed in the microwave.
