Latin-Style Grilled Corn

- 6 ears corn-on-the-cob
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. PLUS 1 tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup finely grated Cotija cheese or Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Evenly rub corn with margarine. Grill corn over medium heat, turning often, until tender.
- Arrange hot corn on serving platter; cool 3 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Mayonnaise, lime juice, Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon and chili powder in small bowl.
- Brush corn all over with Bouillon mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Tips
For spicier corn use hot Mexican chili powder or add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to Bouillon mixture.
