Latin-Style Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn-on-the-cob
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. PLUS 1 tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Cotija cheese or Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Evenly rub corn with margarine. Grill corn over medium heat, turning often, until tender.
  2. Arrange hot corn on serving platter; cool 3 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Mayonnaise, lime juice, Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon and chili powder in small bowl.
  3. Brush corn all over with Bouillon mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Tips

For spicier corn use hot Mexican chili powder or add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to Bouillon mixture.
